Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of ACEURA websites and mobile applications. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
ACEURA helps players and league managers organize tennis and pickleball leagues — including joins, schedules, scores, standings, chat, and related tools. League Manager Ops features are provided on the web. Features may change as we improve the product.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure.
- One person should use one player account; do not share passwords.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the platform.
3. League play & conduct
- Follow your league’s published rules, rating gates, and schedule modes.
- Enter scores honestly; do not manipulate standings, playoffs, or ratings.
- Treat other players and managers respectfully in chat and on court.
- Do not harass, spam, impersonate others, or post unlawful content.
4. Memberships, fees & payments
- Optional ACEURA membership plans (for example Starter / Plus) and pay-as-you-go platform fees may apply as described at checkout and in your account.
- League entry fees are set by league managers and are separate from platform membership.
- Payments are processed by Square. Taxes, refunds, and charge outcomes follow the checkout terms and applicable law.
- Unless required by law or stated at purchase, membership fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period begins. Contact support@aceura.com for billing help.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Probe, scrape, or disrupt ACEURA systems or other users’ data
- Use the service for anything illegal or for unauthorized commercial spam
- Reverse engineer the apps except where allowed by law
- Circumvent rating, eligibility, or payment controls
6. Intellectual property
ACEURA branding, software, and site content are owned by ACEURA / its licensors. You keep ownership of content you submit (such as chat and profile photo) and grant us a license to host and display it as needed to operate leagues and the apps.
7. Third-party services
The service may link to or rely on third parties (for example Square, Google, Apple, push providers). Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services.
8. Disclaimers
ACEURA is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free standings calculations in every edge case, or the conduct of other players or managers. League outcomes, court bookings, and on-site play are between you and your league/club except where ACEURA expressly provides a feature.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ACEURA and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid to ACEURA for the service in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD $50.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold ACEURA harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
11. Termination
You may stop using ACEURA at any time and may request account deletion via Support. We may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
